Mr Shashidar IAS,

A 1996 batch IAS officer, Currently,  serving as the Director of SC development department in Thiruvananthapuram. He was the Director of Survey (Kerala) then, District Collector of Edukki.Served in department of “Jala Nidhi” a World Bank project. In his career he had great many experience in leading many distinct and challenging units.  He was   Civil servant  as the Director of Collegiate Education. He had served in Police Dept before entering into IAS cadre.

A Philanthropist ,Since his career police and a career change as a civil servant he has been passionate about social causes.. He is one of the board members non profit organization ‘Ashraya’ which supports old age population in dire need of love and care. He is a well wisher and an advisor to I AD since the inception of the organization
