About IAD

Institute of Applied Dermatology (IAD) Kasaragod, a non profit oriented, charitable non governmental organization registered under section 25 of Indian companies act 1956. Institute of Applied Dermatology has developed an integrated approach for the treatment of filariasis ( the most disabling diseases affecting the poorest of poor) by effectively combining various systems of medicine like Ayurveda, Allopathy Homoeopathy, Physiotherapy and Yoga. This treatment protocol(locally available & low cost, integrative self help, home based, patient led, ethical and evidence based therapy) is considered as the new medical development in India by Department of Health Research (formerly known as ICMR) International Society of lymphology and various National and international scientific institutions.
